RATIFICATION OF PRIOR ACTIONS

WHEREAS, the Presidio Trust Board of Directors has taken action and has authorized the Presidio Trust staff to take various actions since July 9, 1999;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Presidio Trust Board of Directors hereby ratifies all Board actions taken and authorizations given since July 9, 1999.
