WHEREAS, the Presidio Trust requires the services of a multi-disciplinary planning team to provide detailed planning and design services; and
WHEREAS, on October 20, 1998 the Presidio Trust issued a request for qualifications to provide such services to the Presidio Trust; and
WHEREAS, Presidio Trust staff and the Planning Committee of the Board of Directors evaluated the responses to the request for qualifications and recommended Simon Martin-Vegue Winkelstein Moris (SMWM) as most qualified to provide these services to the Presidio Trust; and
WHEREAS, the Presidio Trust Board of Directors desires to approve this recommendation by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Presidio Trust Board of Directors hereby approves the recommendation of the staff and the Planning Committee, authorizes the Executive Director to enter into a contract with SMWM for the provision of detailed planning and design services to the Presidio Trust, and ratifies prior actions of the staff regarding SMWM.
