· Approval of Minutes of 11/28/00 and 1/23/01 meetings (Resolution 01-02). Vote: 5-0.

· Approval of Finding of No Significant Impact – Mountain Lake Enhancement Plan (Resolution 01-03). Vote: 5-0.

Discussion items:

· Presentation regarding the status of the Mountain Lake enhancement plan.

· Presentations regarding environmental sustainability and energy conservation programs.

· Presentation regarding a possible community center.

· Receive public comment.
