Meeting called to order by Chairman Rosenblatt at 8:37 a.m.

Actions taken:

• Approval of Minutes of 2/24/99, 3/4/99, 3/24/99 and 5/11/99 Board meetings (Resolution 99-13). Vote: 6-0.

• Approval of Selection of Planning Team (Resolution 99-14). Vote: 5-0 (Murphy recused herself from the vote).

• Approval of Agreements Regarding Environmental Remediation (Resolution 99-15). Vote: 6-0.

Discussion:

The Board discussed the identification of the preferred alternative for the draft supplemental environmental impact statement for the Letterman Complex. Bruce Anderson presented an update on facilities issues.
